We aim to balance the over emphasis on STEM and through SLIS move to STEAM – thus the birth of a Mpumalanga Language and Arts Cloud and not just the SLIS cloud. SLIS is a very special part in the mycelium network that geberates joy, amazement, hope, understanding to the science of reading and literacy development – ours ‘s is thus a combination of art and science – connected to the ultimate vision of having makin and tinkering spaces as everyschool in Mpumalanga.  A STEAM Academy are also being created where we work with MST especially eLearning and MSTA.
